All La Flume Candles products are made to order and represent a unique, handcrafted experience. As such, we do not offer refunds or returns on any purchases.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

Shipping & Handling

Our candles are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. However, due to the nature of handcrafted candles, we cannot guarantee that products will arrive in the exact same condition they left us. We take every precaution to protect your order during transit and will work with you if your order arrives damaged.
